  • I relocated from the east coast and was looking for a building with great amenities and a friendly environment. I checked out about 10 different rental buildings and was close to signing a lease elsewhere. Alta was the last building I decided to see and I was sold right away. Michelle, and her team are amazing. The building is stunning, the amenities are awesome. I think I've seen other people say it's like living in a resort, and they are not lying. It really is, and at the same time its warm and homey. There is no reason to look elsewhere except to realize how great Alta Paradise Ridge is.
