  • Do NOT purchase any large tile or carpet services through them. They falsely informed us that we could do the first year no interest financing. Really it was if we didn't pay it off in the first year the interest would be deferred and then tacked onto the balance later. That was the first problem. They installed the carpet and tile in our home and did not put the cost of the tile on our invoice or on the financing card. When we paid everything off a year later, they decided that they needed that money for the tile they put in our house and told us we needed to pay $1,800. We refused due to it being their mistake that they had not put it on the invoice and charge us for it when they had first installed it. They refused to regard their mistake, and turned us into collections.
