  • I stayed here for 7 nights back in March and it was great. I had never been to Toronto but I absolutely love it. When we first arrived the bellman/ doormen were great. Checking in went smoothly...took elevator to our upgraded suite and there's a maintenance man in our room and he says he's going to be about 2 hours...what? I just flew in from LA , I need a room. Back downstairs and the front desk and they were apologetic and amazing. We had another room immediately along with drinks and fruit etc...to make up for the confusion. It did not stop there but I will say the manager and front desk staff handled the situation amazingly, the way it should be. This building is old and beautiful. Breakfast downstairs was great every morning and the employees are exceptional. I was in the hotel business for several years and I was really impressed with this hotel Toronto was great...I will be back...I love this city
