  • I brought my laptop in because it was having trouble starting. I explained my situation, and Alex told me it was likely either a corrupted windows file, or an issue with my hard drive. He explained to me that he would run some diagnostics, then call me. He reinstalled windows, installed a solid state drive like I had asked, and had it all done in less than 2 days. I would definitely recommend Alex at PC laptops for any of your computer repair needs.
