  • My husband recently lost his phone and we were dealing with another nearby location that was willing to give us the same deal as online except their location didn't have the phone we want in stock. So I contacted this location as the online search indicated they have our phone in stock. The employee that answered said yes they have our phone but wouldn't give us the online deal...they wanted $130.00 for our phone that was $00.00 online (and the other location would have comped our purchase if they had them in stock). Both stores are corporate. So much for customer service at this location.
