  • Normally I only review businesses when I have really positive experiences... but because this particular Tropical Smoothie is so consistently horrible I am compelled to leave a negative review. I only have one bit of advice to the store owner. HIRE OR SCHEDULE MORE EMPLOYEES! I love Tropical Smoothie and don't get me wrong, the food at this location is good as well. But unfortunately, every..single.. time.. I come here..there is only 1 or 2 people max working behind the counter. On average it takes at least 20 to 30 min to receive my order after walking in the door, even if there are only 2 or 3 customers in line before me. Also on average, I see at least 1 or 2 people walk out because of the long wait. Its very sad to see a business losing so many customers on a regular basis because the owner is too cheap to hire more help. I try to avoid this location at all costs but because it's close to my home and I really do love the food, sometimes it's hard to avoid. I really hope the owner gets a wake up call and hires more help before their business (inevitably) fails.
