rev:text	Yep, it does need renovation, but for $125 it is alright for downtown Calgary. Clean, wifi is surprisingly strong, good shower pressure for a 9th floor. Parking is additional, $15 during weekend, $25 during the week. Oh, and its valet underground which is kinda useless. Front desk is not so helpful (one was in training, another one was helping her super slow and annoyed). They knock on your door in the evening and offer ice which I found strange.
