  • I pass at least three Sprint stores in an effort to get from my neighborhood in South Charlotte to the Sprint store in South Park. The South Park store has the most informed, well trained sales associates and technical experts in the area. The team members help each other out and support one another when needed. I learned to appreciate this store the hard way about 10 years ago when I needed to replace my damaged phone. They are always helpful, courteous and professional. For the past few years, I have gained a tremendous amount of respect for Daniel Kidd. Daniel is a tech expert who can translate the most complex information into simple English so that the everyday lay person can understand. He does not just explain the what and the how, he has helped me to understand the why. I have been with Sprint since the 90's and lived across five states. Had both personal and work phones, Android and Apple devices. Daniel has always provided great, timely easy to understand solutions when I needed them. He even called Assurion once to walk me through the insurance replacement phone paperwork. This Sprint store is always busy and yet I am willing to wait. I know I will leave with my questions answered. I wish other Sprint stores would send their staff here to train.
