  • Efficient, quick, and knowledgeable! Our tenant had an issue with his garbage disposal/drain/sink. Chris was able to diagnose the problem over the phone upon hearing the circumstances. Came out at 8 AM the next morning and fixed the problem in 45 mins or less. Tenant was happy - we are happy - just how it should be! Also, Chris called me back maybe 5 minutes after I had left a Voicemail to get a quote - much appreciated, since time is of the essence when things are malfunctioning in your tenant's home! Thanks again Chris!
