  • Go here if you want Keith to berate you like a disappointed father for selecting the wrong packaging. I offered to go get the correct packaging and he snapped "just forget it" "why bother now" while huffing and slamming things on the counter. I was polite and even thanked him but it was probably the worst experience I've had at a retail store ever.
