| - I have just continually been disappointed with Courtney.
I paid for a "full-face" dermapen micro-needling to reduce wrinkles and improve skin texture. Courtney never assessed my skin, problem areas and I had to ask her to do my forehead (seems obvious) to be treated. She did skip my under eye, which I couldn't tell as my face was semi-numb. Because I waited so long, my face was barely numb by the end of the treatment. No after care sheet was given (I was a first time patient to this procedure). After bashing Obagi Nuderm system, she convinced me to try a different skin line. I was charged tip on product and service.
Upon returning to the same reception, it was recommended, by someone that I knew in the office, that I have a facial to remove dead skin. It seemed like a good idea and I set up an appointment. Courtney wasn't there. I had a facial.
I returned for a second, different treatment, and approached Courtney about not treating my under eyes. She was extremely aggressive and unprofessional in her response demanding where I had read that this was available--The dermapen settings and operations manual. She finally agreed to "roller" that area, three weeks later. I listened to unprofessional ranting about colleagues giving skin care advice and she ultimately placed blame on me for not communicating what I wanted done by her AND for getting a facial.
The second treatment went equally as poor. The product that I had requested wasn't available. I ended up settling for another product. I received no call informing me or giving me the option to change my appointment time to one where the product would be available. The needles were not sharp at all, bruising my skin, and the result was opposite of what was promised. Now I have to have it fixed. And, again, assumptions were jumped to that the fault was none other than mine. I regret letting her provide services to me and feel anxiety about even letting her "fix" her errors.
I am surprised that Courtney is still around with her lack of customer service, lack of quality care, and lack of professionalism.
