Now that Dr. Dillinger is retired, I really have to find a new Primary Care Physician. She, herself, was a fantastic doctor and I always felt like she knew my entire health history and me personally as a patient. But the office itself is a big old mess, it is either understaffed or poorly staffed and I always felt offended as human being talking to any of them on the phone. When I was in real physical pain from a condition that was mis-communicated to me by the office I had one of the worst weeks of my life.
It's next to impossible to get an appointment for your annual within 3 months and if you're sick, they say they'll see you that day but you will spend upwards of 2 hours in the waiting room, actually you'll spend that long in the waiting room for your way-scheduled-in-advance appointment too. Calling to get like a Zpack or something is always more of headache than your allergy induced sinus infection. I'm not sure if they are even taking new patients, but I would advise they didn't until they could give proper care/service to the ones they have.
