  • We have taken our children to Dr Pearson for over 4 years. His staff is outstanding, friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. I wish we could say the same for Dr Pearson. He is very demeaning and has a better than thou attitude. He has very little compassion or understanding for anything that may impact his perfect vision or treatment. Last time I checked I was paying for his services and am entitled to some sort of customer satisfaction.....he could care less. So I called and spoke to him to let him know his treatment of our kids and my wife was unacceptable. His response was an apology note in the mail a few days later. Too little too late. Hopefully someone else receives better treatment as a result of our complaint. As for us there are many outstanding orthodontist who have been grateful to accept our business.
