  • I used to go to two other places for this service; the first had gone out of business and the second kept messing up the scheduling of my appointments so I decided to try another place. I found this place when I drove by their north Glendale location so I called and tried to make an appointment. Unfortunately they didn't have anyone at that location that provided the services for men but said I could try one of the other locations. I scheduled an appointment at the 16th Street and Glendale location which wasn't particularly close to me but it was quick to get to by taking AZ Loop 101 and AZ-51 freeways. I was impressed by how easy it was to get an appointment and by how nice their facility is. Unlike the other two places I had gone, my appointment started on time and I worked with Paige. She was very friendly and professional and worked quickly and I was out in an hour which was awesome because I was used to appointments getting the same services that took anywhere between 2-4 hours. I also had minimal skin irritation and only a few ingrown hairs which was also a relief. They also have a charging station for iPhone and Android cables so I was able to charge my phone during my appointment which was a nice touch as well as a full-length mirror so I could inspect their work before I left. My next appointment is in three weeks with Paige and I'm looking forward to it.
