  • I lived in the A3 townhome style apartment. Overall I was happy living here. The office staff were always friendly, maintenance requests were always fulfilled within a day or two, and the grounds were kept clean. In the layout I had, there are just two units in a single building. No one above or below you (except for garages), and very little of a common wall. I never heard my neighbor. Also was very nice to be able to enter the apartment directly from the garage. Pros: -Beautiful interiors for apartments. I have to say, my kitchen was one of the nicest I have had, whether in a house, or especially in an apartment. Quart counter-tops, and a gas stove - so rare to find! -Grounds are kept clean and well manicured. -Quiet area of Scottsdale, yet super close to the highway and businesses. -Extremely fair and quick in the return of deposit money Cons: -Lack of guest parking. Once evening comes, there is no where for guests to park, including on the road. There are just a handful of spots throughout the complex, and they all fill up. -Mandatory Trash Concierge service. Every month you are required to pay $35 for a service, in which someone picks up your trash from your front door. No way to opt out of the program. For my A3, I paid the average of these for utilities: Gas- $25/month - On budget plan Electric - $75/month Utilities (trash, water, sewer, pest control, etc) - $65/month Overall I was happy living here. The price was quite high, but fairly commonplace for the area of Scottsdale it is located.
