  • Staff are friendly. Good portions, but the flavours we happened to get were not that yummy. I believe it's due to a lack of attention to detail in the kitchen. One of the flavours, coffee lemon gelato had a large (3 cm) chunk of lemon cookie in it. Not impressed. Also ordered ruby grapefruit which was overly bitter. That's not the taste I want when I'm eating grapefruit! The pistachio fell flat to me. Doesn't have the depth of flavour compared to some other shops in the city. Tried the pb&j. That was good and bang on with the flavour. Should've got that one; it would have warranted another 1/2 star. I found the flavours tended to be very sweet.
