  • After being jerked around by Best Buy's "Geek Squad" I ended up going to Data Doctors (SE corner of FLW & Thompson Peak next to the Water Store) who I now highly recommend. The Geek Squad apparently couldn't handle the extremely complex swap out of a simple fan (note the sarcasm) but the Data Doctors got it done in 2 hours. What's funny is that Geek Squad said it COULDN'T BE DONE. Well, I guess they were wrong. Data Doctors got it done on the same day. They swapped out the fan in 2 hours without a single issue. Yes they do charge more than Geek Squad. I guess you get what you pay for. Also, there is no waiting time at Data Doctors. You walk in and someone is helping you almost immediately.
