  • I received terrible customer service from Mike after messing up on my taxes. Accidents happen but getting him to try and fix the issue was like pulling teeth. And after the damage was done he ignored me. Totally unprofessional. That's why I decided to leave this review, nobody else should have to go through the terrible stressful situation I went through.
