  • I absolutely love the couch I got here back in April! It's super big and so comfortable. My husband went to move the couch a little over and he notice that the sofa leg popped off and broke. We contacted customer service regarding our warranty and what the process was so we can get it fixed. We spoke with a representative back on May 6th and she said to have us email pictures to her so she can start the process to get it fixed. It has been a month and we haven't heard anything. We have contacted customer service twice and nothing has gotten resolved. We even resent the email with the pictures about a week ago. We are so shocked by the customer service because we we purchased our couch the customer service was amazing and everyone was so helpful. I just wish we could have our couch leg replaced. We aren't asking for much!
