  • I made appointments twice for a facial and twice they told me they couldn't find my appointment. They seemed nice over the phone, took my phone #, e-mail address and confirmed my appointment date and time each time I made an appointment and nothing. "Sorry, man, I can''t seem to find your appointment".....what the hall.... I'm sooo done with them. I will never try them again! What a waste of my time.
