Again this hospital shows why for profit hospitals are the worst thing in this country. I had more time spent on making sure the hospital got paid then I did having the test I needed today. Then they couldn't understand why I didn't want to spend another half a hour there after my test was done. They also have security that think it is ok to roughly put their hands on patients, who are just trying to get out of their beds.
The reason I was trying to get out of bed was because my back was hurting so bad from sitting in an uncomfortable chair watching the admitting person wait on hold for over 40 minutes, even thou my doctors office had told them no authorization was needed, and then after my insurance company told him that, then he had to make sure I had the benefit. I have found that this place cares nothing about the patient and only about getting paid.
I've had insurance most of my adult life and I can say the only time I feel I was treated like a human being at a hospital is when I got REALLY sick in one of those countries that has that evil socialized medicine, here I am treated like a big wallet, and my coverage is all that matters.
To top everything off they broke HIPPA laws by sharing my medical information with OUT my permission.
