The best in town without question. My wife eats here at least once a week. There is a reason Anthony Bourdain comes here when in Vegas. You can order a few different kinds of ramen and a few sides if you so wish, as the menu is very small and focused on the main attraction. Still, the Gyoza are exceptional and I also enjoy the pork belly bowl. Forst and foremost however is the ramen, and of those choices I believe the tonkotsu shoyu ramen and miso ramen are the best options. Tonkotsu shoyu is a perfect blend of broths and flavor with thin noodles while the miso is even more complex and comes with slightly thicker, chewier noodles. If you are not full by the end, don't discard your broth and resist drinking it all up. Just ask for more noodles and you can keep the joy going.
