  • The last thing I wanted to do was purchase a new car, but recent circumstances made it both a safe and necessary decision. I visited Larry Miller VW in Avondale (umm, no..). I spoke with Berge VW in Mesa (Nice staff, but they weren't very proactive). I made multiple trips to Camelback VW in Phoenix (Nice staff, but after dealing with Acura of Peoria, I REFUSE to do business with another Van Tuyl dealership). On Friday evening, I spoke with Greg Proctor at Chapman VW. Mr. Proctor was one of the most courteous and professional individuals I have dealt with at a car dealership. Both Greg, and the Sales Manager Justin Fortner, went above and beyond to make my experience easy, transparent, and as positive as possible. They did whatever was necessary to get me the EXACT vehicle I wanted (which there was only 1 in the entire state) at a price and payment that I was comfortable with. There wasn't a single person at the dealership that played the whole back-and-forth negotiation game. Everything made perfect sense from the get-go and I never had any doubt that I was receiving both a fair price for my trade, or for my new vehicle. Thank you Greg, Justin, and the rest of the Chapman VW team, for all of your help and making my car purchase a wonderful experience.
