Chef and owner Bhim Thapa, a native of Nepal, must be culinary genius! I foresee intelligent investors getting together to back Chef Thapa in an Uptown Indian cuisine experience. I'm sure it's a matter time, this tiny restaurant will bust out of it's seams! So if you can't get in for dinner, you must do lunch! We are not accustomed to Indian cuisine. However, we were completely delighted with everything we chose. This will become our new favorite restaurant and we plan on tasting everything on the menu.
