  • Worst customer service & over priced! They clearly don't care about their customers plus I was put on a dirty bad & you could even see a pile of hair inside the level 1 bed. GO TO BODYHEAT! They apologized by sending me message on here & told me to email them to make to resolve the matter to sound like they care when they have my phone #. When I emailed them, they never even responded to my email. Very poor business & terrible customer service.
