| - I had scheduled my first and last appointment for 10am on October 20th. I arrived at 9:50 only to discover that the doors were locked, lights were off, and no one was inside apparently, as my phone calls were all directed to voicemail. Not knowing what to do about my confirmed appointment, I waited outside for 20 minutes until an employee finally showed up and informed me that he did not have any keys to open the doors and was waiting on a manager to let us in. A manager arrived at around 10:20, 1 hour and 20 minutes after the business is scheduled to open, and had no interaction with me whatsoever. The employee I originally spoke with said the person who was to perform the service for me today was not going to be in for another hour. At this point, I'm really confused. I try to be understanding and consider the possibilities, but to open a business over an hour late, not have the staff available to follow through on appointments, and furthermore, not have any real solutions for the inconvenience -- how does a business like this survive? I asked for a new appointment anyway. They were booked and had no openings that worked with my schedule. The employee offered to try to work something out and call me back to comp a full set for me, but it's been 3 weeks now, and I have not received a single phone call, text message, email, telegram, messenger pigeon -- no contact whatsoever. I had no other choice but to make the better choice and bring my money elsewhere.
