  • If I could give 0 I would. Their customer service was horrible, they did have the right work order, and they were a no show on the first day. Customer service from the repair guy was rude. He hates his job. Needs to do something else. He literally had an attitude the entire time. They came to replace the motor on the garage door but didn't know that. Tried to make me look stupid. Lastly, this is the second day. He failed to come yesterday, and came late today. He won't work till he gets the go ahead from the landlord, who I'm sure told him it's ok to start working. So this company is horrible.
