  • In the future I am not sure I will consider 1800packrat. The delivery guy did a good job keeping the box level and their truck seems to be appropriate for the type of work they do. They just seem way under staffed with trucks and I was quite disappointed with their customer service. Even with notice during both parts of my two part move they were not available to drop off or pick up the box on the day I needed. Unless you know the exact dates you need your box delivered and picked up and you confirm their availability before your move consider another company, also remember if you go a day over one month even because they are not available you will be charged for an entire month.
