  • I have visited Tynara Sarybashova at this location over a month ago. She sent me to a lab to give blood samples because I wanted to do a general wellness check. My follow up appointment was scheduled for Friday, I am rarely off on Fridays but I have asked to take time off from work. The day before my appointment I received a call from them asking to reschedule as the doctor wasn't available. I thought to myself this was unprofessional but life happens. My next appointment was scheduled for another Friday three weeks from now which was yesterday, and guess what? The day before my appointment I have received another call asking me to reschedule AGAIN....I am now very annoyed and really don't want to go back here, but because they already have my test results there is no point for me to see a new doctor. What kind of business are you people running? Honestly...After my follow up appointment I will never come back here again and will start searching for a new doctor who conducts business in a more caring, professional manner.
