  • Bright and cozy french bakery with a wide array of delicious eats. This was my first visit to the actual bakery, whereas I usually get the treats when my husband brings something home. This time we opted for the Mini Eclairs au Chocolat (Choux dough filled with cocoa chocolate custard and topped with chocolate fondant) and the Choux a la Crème (Choux dough cut in half and filled with homemade vanilla whipped cream). The was a bit surprised by the size of Choux a la Creme, but oh it was so heavenly! It's a generous dessert size treat (you could probably split it via twisting it like an Oreo). The filling has a nice creamy mouth feel, with the slightest hint of vanilla. The choux dough was nice and crisp several hours after picking it up. The flecks of the vanilla bean were easily seen, which was a nice surprise. The bakery is bright and clean, with a few tables to enjoy your sweet or savory selections at (quiche, sandwiches etc.)
