  • Didn't have a great experience here. I got the shellac manicure by OPI, which I was told would last up to TWO weeks, no chipping. They chipped a day later :(. It was very busy and my friend and I asked them to check our nails. They did and said they were done, but when we were getting ready to go, the polish smudged. We politely asked them to fix our nails and they said they would, just to sit tight. SO we did. For forty-five minutes! When they finally came over to fix it, I mentioned that it was unacceptable for them to make us wait that long to fix it and the manager became very defensive. She didn't make the situation right for us at all. At the end of this, the price for a mani-pedi was $55! Twice as much as Lucy's Nails, where I usually go and not nearly as good. I went to pay with debit, when I was informed that it would be $62 if I did so! Unreal! So I went to the bank to take out money. When I returned, I waited for five minutes for someone to come to the counter and take my money, but no one did so I put the money on the counter and walked out. Also, no top-coat here. Not this time anyway. You'd be wise to try Lucy's nails instead.
