CLICK LIST IS FLAWED.
I've used the service about six times. I've had a problem 2/3rds of the time. There was one order short of the ONE item we needed that night so it required a trip back.
The other problems are that it's never done on time. Whatever time they tell you it will be ready, just give it a few extra hours. It's a crap shoot. Sometimes it's ready and sometimes they tell you to come back and when you come back you'll still have to wait.
And if you think being proactive and calling before hand works, well if they answer the phone, more power to you.
It's a shame. I don't want to give employees guff for what I assume is the company's lack of resources to a service that is the closest thing to beating Amazon. But they need to throw a ton more resources to this because this is what the future holds.
I also like to thank Smiths for allowing me to write this review while waiting for my click list. They are so accommodating.
