  • Your money, before your pet. I've been bringing pets here for a long time, more than 10 years.. But lately, it really feels as if the heart has left this place. I don't know why the same tests cost SO MUCH MORE here than other vets. There is no rhyme or reason for it. The last two times we were here, they seemed much more concerned with what I can afford, vs. what they can do for my pet. The last feeling you want to experience when you have a sick/hurt pet is unnecessary greed from the place that's supposed to help. I don't know what's changed recently, but this used to be one of the best animal hospitals in town, and now it's just about your money. Hopefully they start putting pets first again.
