  • I tried them out for the first time in mid November. I normally go to Dee's but it was very urgent since I had plans to go out the next day and they were just a couple of blocks away so I decided to try them. The lady that served me was very nice but very unprofessional. She didn't just double dip the stick she used to put wax on my face, she kept using the same stick. On top of that her technique for waxing was horrible. She kept gossiping with her coworker, she didn't pay any attention to what she was doing to me. I had a horrible reaction. My face swelled up really bad. It left me scarred. I never write reviews but I feel compelled to right now. Its been almost 7 weeks since that incident and I'm astonished at how horrible it has left my skin.
