  • I have been a customer for years, and today I felt the need to write a review. Unfortunately not a nice one. This afternoon, I was waiting for a friend and he seemed to be running a little late. So I decided to open my book and read while I wait. 2 MINUTES in, a worker comes out and places a menu on my table saying that I need to order a drink if I wanted to stay. I let him know of my situation and he tells me that if I intend to stay longer that I needed to order a drink. I let him know I understood, and was confused because he kept insisting that I get a drink soon. I told them I would, but felt it was such a rude gesture. So still in slight confusion if I was allowed to sit and wait, I asked him "So am I allowed to wait for my friend?" He rudely nodded and slid the menu towards me and I was so annoyed at that point. At that moment I picked it up and handed it to him saying I already know what I want because I am a frequent customer and he insisted I keep it. As if he was trying to remind me to get a drink. That's just bad customer service, and no matter how much I enjoy their drinks and location, bad service = bad everything.
