I signed up with Edge before the Henderson location was even open. Was supposed to be a set price and month-to-month, no contract. They raised the price last year with no notice or notification. They're okay doing that but twice when my debit card number changed and they couldn't get my money, I had multiple calls and emails THAT SAME DAY saying my payment was late. This month they added on an additional $10 to my husband's fee "for maintenance" and said it would happen from time to time. So they're just going to change the price when it suits them?? Also, the staff always seems like they don't want to be there, sitting around looking bored and apathetic when they should at least be cleaning. That place is dirty, has a roof that leaks and the equipment is in poor shape. I'm switching to Planet Fitness.
