  • If you are looking for a sophisticated and casual atmosphere with a lot of different menu choices and great service, this is the place. Located in the Gainey Center Shopping area, the Tavern is always fulll of locals and in season, snow birds congregate here. The food ranges from wonderful, creative salads (always fresh) to well prepared fish and meat dishes. The best part of the restaurant is the lodge like atmosphere (the owners are from Colorado), the two sided fireplace that backs to the bar and dining room, and the big, comfy wooden booths that hold 6-8 people. The service is great, too!
