  • I went in at 12:30am and was starving. I opted for the all you can eat. This was near by 5 minutes from the strip few blocks near the Palms casino. The fish to rice ratio was decent not the best I've had at a ayce sushi but not the worst. I tend to order mostly nigiri when I go and avoid mostly rolls. The freshness of the fish was pretty good and the appetizers were also good especially the fried soft shell crab, too bad it was limit one. They're open till 2am but last call is 1am for all you can eat. It's a decent size restaurant and service was good. Time limit 1 1/2 hour. My only complaint and the reason they didn't receive 5 stars is they limit certain appetizers and the black board specials to 1 per person. At some ayce sushi places in Vegas they do not limit you.
