While I have used Acura for many years servicing my vehicles I decided to buy a car from them. What a big mistake!!! As typical car dealerships in Vegas, they sign the deal and then days later say well we need more of a down payment or the interest rate has changed. I did not budge knowing I had good credit, I stood my ground and said we had a deal. I spent an entire day on the phone with the lending bank explaining the sale to them because apparently Acura did not do it. This was 3 weeks after the sale and they were just getting around to it. I finally get my slip to register my car and guess what? wrong driver's license number listed. I call and they say all you can do is come back to the dealership and we can fix that. All so I can register on line because it is easier (so Acura would say). Unfortunately, after years of business they have lost mine and my parents too because of this horrific experience.
