The sauce is crap. Sorry to be so bold, but it is. I went for lunch and got the chicken parm special, which comes with a side of penne in their marinara sauce. What startled me at first was how *bright red* the sauce was, and I don't mean that in a good way. It tasted like pureed canned tomatoes -- no garlic, no seasoning at all. Jarred sauce is far better! The chicken parm was good. Service was eh. The setup is so strange that you order at the host stand, get a number, and then they bring you your food. I can't believe more people haven't complained about this. I'm in no rush to ever go back.
