Also, the products are of high, lasting quality, and the company stands behind their products. Included with your purchase is a cleaning kit and number to call to ensure you are cleaning your furniture with the appropriate products for the given mess. Our best experience was, by far, spending time with the in-house interior decorator--Nancy. She is such a warm woman who is truly committed to helping make your house into your home. She comes to your home at no-cost to gain a perspective of your living space and listens to what you want. Based on your living and entertainment styles, aesthetic preferences, and family situation, she gives her recommendations. We've returned to La-Z-Boy because we knew she would be there to help.
