  • Wonderful doctor but horrible, horrible staff which makes coming here a very stressful experience. Over the time I've been coming here they've made so many billing mistakes - I now have to constantly call and follow up to make sure that it's done right. They are rude as well. The nurses constantly rotate, and it seems that they are trainees - or act that way anyway. The eyeglasses lady has no customer service skills whatsoever! am looking at other eye doctors in the Valley because I'm sick and tired of dealing with the staff's incompetence. Too bad, as the doctor himself is knowledgeable, and I would've stayed with the practice if the admin staff and nurses were replaced.
