  • I will begin by saying, this establishment is decorated beautifully. However, I have never experienced such horrible customer service! The vibe was so unwelcoming, and it felt as if I was a bother, or an inconvenience. My pedicure water was cold, and my feet were then rinsed with even colder water then the water in the tub previously was when I soaked them! I was with a party of 9 and we were all astonished at the lack of professionalism. Not to mention.. The prices!! horrible experience for a day that was suppose to be a celebration! The only girl that was able speak English, was a condescending, stuck up... I'm sure you can figure out the rest of that sentence lol! It was such a bad experience, that I took the time to make an account, just to post this review. Wouldn't be surprised if the positive reviews are written by the owner. Hopefully they take the time to read these reviews, and learn to value a paying customer.
