Every now and then, there is some sort of trendy new food or dessert trend on the food scene. Charcoal ice cream seemed to be the trendy dessert this year where it attracted the crowds of many foodie fantastic alike to flock to the store. Unlike the Summer time where the wait times can vary between 20 minutes or longer to get one of these ice cream, there was no one lining up when my friends and I came here just moments before it closed. I ordered the Black on Black in an ice cream and hence the name, it was literally black ice cream in a black cone. The ice cream is just okay and the cone was alright. Nothing too special besides that it looks nice on social media channels like Instagram. Unfortunately, it's mostly just hype for this ice cream shop and nothing more. Overall, its decent ice cream but I don't think it's worth $7.50 for a scoop of ice cream in a cone. If you are in the area or just love ice cream. I don't think I would come back although the other flavours do intrigue me, it doesn't justify the cost of the ice cream cone in my opinion.
