  • I was worried about choosing this location after seeing all the negative reviews but it is very close to my house so I went for it. I am so glad I did because I had no issues with this location what so ever. I walked in without an appointment at eight and was taken back to the room at 8:20, and blood was drawn immediately. Shawna was my phlebotomist and she was very friendly and efficient. I barely felt the prick of the needle, and I have no bruising. Def ask for SHAWNA :) I did have to wait for the bathroom to collect my urinalysis specimen, but even so from start to finish I was in there for leas than 40 min. Had I been there just for blood work it would have been about 25-30 min. The front desk people were not as awful as the reviews make it seem. Are they the friendliest bubbles of joy in the universe? No. But they weren't rude, not to me anyway. They were very matter-of-fact...but not rude. Nothing about them id even note, good or bad. They did their jobs. And I didnt wait long, so I'd say they did their jobs well. I will def return to this location for Shawna.
