  • My daughter had her baby at Banner Estrella yesterday. As a vice president for two hospitals in the Los Angeles area I am very critical of other hospitals. They exceeded my expectations. It's obvious they believe in the patient first philosophy. Even in the cafeteria, employees urged me to go ahead of them in the cashier line. Employees acknowledged me as I walked by them including the CEO. They use the electronic medical record in the way it should be used. The RN care is superb. The only negative thing I can think of, is they should clean the visitor bathroom by the cafeteria more often. The food in the cafeteria is amazing.
