  • Was excited to visit this place as I was coming from the east coast and have ordered from them a few times before and when I got there I wasn't greeted as I walked in, the "staff" was nice and answered every question but when I talked to the manager he wasn't the nicest person in the world and proceeded to talk to the other employee about an album while ringing by me out and also didn't use proper language while having that "side" conversation. Me being in the retail sneaker business for 8+ years it kinda mad me a little angry to see that toeif customer service at such a "high end" store.
