  • My husband and I just moved in March of 2013. Although we've only been here for a month, I can honestly say that this place feels like home. There were a few issues that we had prior to and upon move-in. Because of our crazy work schedules, we made an appointment to sign our lease a week before our move-in date. When we arrived, we ended up waiting two-hours before being helped, because the office forgot to print up our contract. Plus, there was only one leasing agent working that Sunday. It was a bit frustrating, but not a deal breaker. The girl was friendly and did the best she could. Upon move-in, our garbage disposal broke, we had a mix-up with another resident's parking spot, and some unwanted neighbors were building their nest by our door (yellow jackets) but nothing that couldn't be resolved. Aside from all that, the apartment community is really nice and quiet. Our building is situated towards the middle of the complex, and the residents are polite and aren't afraid to say "hi". The grounds are kept clean, especially the pool areas, and the entrance gate actually works! (as opposed to another "gated" community we lived in) Also, I love the long biking/jogging trail next door, which is easily accessible. Our one-bedroom floor plan is very comfortable and spacious with two-toned colored walls and a 9 ft. ceiling. The little window opening in the bathroom (just above the shower) is a nice added touch too. It doesn't feel as enclosed, plus I can use the natural sunlight rather than turning on the light. I also like the window in the kitchen too. Overall, I'd recommend this place, and the hubby and I hope to renew our lease next year. I will definitely post an update when the time comes. :)
