  • Called and spoke to Michelle at Galleria location. She seemed incredibly inconvenienced locating an item number for me that I was looking at online. At one point I couldn't tell if I was on hold or disconnected. There was no hold music. I called back and she said "it's not in our computer or online". No apology for the unknown placement of hold or disconnecting me. No offer to help me locate another item similar to it. Glad I didn't bother driving to the store. Jared Jewelers is much better.
