  • Worst experience!! Been going there years. Got a coupon for $5 off so I went to use it and was told I can't because I didn't give it when I dropped off my clothes. Who gives the coupon before the service is delivered?? The lady up front was unwilling to help or make any exceptions and simply said she would lose her job. What happened to customer service? It's not as though I was a new client though that shouldn't matter. With all the dry cleaners in town you would think they could have done right by the client. This place was out of the way for me but liked the service so I still went to this establishment. Since customer service isn't a priority to them anymore I guess I'll take my business somewhere else...
